Isolation Transfomer Installation Guide

Mount or place the transformer in a dry, indoor location

Locate and open the package with the speakON connector

Remove 1.0 in. (25 mm) of the cable’s outer jacket

Remove 0.5 in. (12 mm) of insulation from each wire

Place the black plastic piece inside the blue sleeve

Place the blue sleeve over the wire

Loosen the screws on the connector a few turns

Place the positive wire (white) into the 1+ slot and the negative wire (black) into the 1- slot

Tighten both screws

Pull on the wire to ensure the connection is secure

Align the tabs on the black piece with the recess’ on the connector

Push the blue sleeve up and screw into the connector until tight

Insert the connector into the transformer and turn clockwise until you hear a click

Repeat this process for the speaker cable and connect it to the transformer
